Todd Magill is an LA based Painter and Designer. Inspired by the California modern movement of the 1960's of abstract style that combines the clear composition of the unitary forms of Color Field Painting, Todd utilizes stretched cotton canvas with matte emulsion paints to create calculated and precise color studies.
Todd’s creative palette was developed during his time as Design Director of Jack Spade in New York and Executive Design Director for Anthropologie, along with his training at Ralph Lauren and Tommy Hilfiger.
Todd Magill’s paintings are sold by retailers such as Lawson Fenning and CB2 and celebrated by the industry's top interior designers as featured on the pages of T Magazine, Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, and Dwell alike.
